• Otherwise prohibited from participating in the relevant transaction under applicable U.S. laws and regulations.

AlienPuppyHawaii.com reserves the right to conduct customer, supplier, beneficial ownership, intermediary, end-user, and transaction screening; request additional documentation; suspend or reject transactions; and restrict or terminate platform access where necessary to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Geographic Restrictions and Conditional Business Activities

AlienPuppyHawaii.com does not knowingly facilitate transactions involving countries, territories, regions, or jurisdictions subject to comprehensive U.S. trade embargoes or other applicable prohibitions.

Business involving the following countries or jurisdictions may be considered only on a conditional basis, subject to applicable sanctions programs, export control classifications, licensing requirements, end-user verification, end-use restrictions, and any other required governmental authorizations:

Aircraft Parts and Export Control Requirements

Aircraft components, aviation equipment, spare parts, technical data, software, and related services may be subject to U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), or other applicable export control requirements, depending on their classification, origin, technical characteristics, destination, end user, and intended end use.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the identity of all parties involved, the ultimate destination, the intended end use, and any applicable export or import authorization requirements. No transaction may be conducted through the platform in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.

Right to Refuse or Restrict Transactions

AlienPuppyHawaii.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to refuse, suspend, cancel, or restrict any listing, account, transaction, shipment, or platform service where it reasonably determines that doing so is necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, or internal compliance policies.

No Circumvention

Users shall not use the platform, directly or indirectly, to evade or circumvent applicable sanctions, export controls, embargoes, restricted-party requirements, or other trade restrictions. This prohibition includes transactions conducted through third parties, intermediaries, agents, resellers, or alternative destinations for the purpose of concealing a prohibited party, destination, or end use.
