Battlefield: Cyberspace

You should understand — and understand clearly — that criminal conduct by government officials, civil servants, law enforcement officers, and members of the judiciary, along with their systematic efforts to conceal that conduct, represents the single greatest threat to the public at large.

The harm they cause does not stop with the immediate victim. It does not discriminate between citizen and foreigner, between the traveler passing through and the long-term resident who has made a life there. Their crimes ripple outward — reaching you, your family, your children, and your children’s children. They erode your community, hollow out your city, and ultimately undermine the foundations of your nation itself.

New Zealand stands as perhaps the most instructive example of this process in the modern world. A country once celebrated as one of the most beautiful and livable places on earth — a true paradise by any reasonable measure — has been steadily transformed by the unchecked misconduct of corrupt police officers and complicit members of its judiciary into something that bears little resemblance to what it once was. What was built over generations has been quietly dismantled by those who were entrusted to protect it. This is not a distant or abstract warning. It is a pattern with a documented history and a predictable trajectory — and it begins, always, with the normalization of impunity among those who hold public authority.

Germany, Japan, and China are not immune to these same deep-seated problems. The governments and peoples of these nations are working — often with genuine determination — to confront and root out criminal conduct within their public institutions. Yet the challenge is vast, and no system of oversight, however well-intentioned, can be everywhere at once.

For reasons that are complex and often deliberately obscured — including what many observers have come to describe as the problem of the deep state — even the forces of justice that operate within these systems are at times capable only of selective enforcement. They strike where they can, when conditions permit, but the structural pressures they operate under mean that systemic corruption frequently escapes accountability, not because no one cares, but because the mechanisms designed to deliver accountability have themselves been compromised or constrained.

The public, for its part, faces its own formidable barriers. Limited resources, limited time, and limited access to information leave most people poorly equipped to confront institutional misconduct directly. Others are actively deterred — threatened, implicitly or explicitly, by the very criminal elements embedded within the government apparatus they would seek to challenge. And many, understandably, operate on the assumption that what they cannot see affecting their own lives and families directly is not their concern — an assumption that, as history consistently demonstrates, proves tragically shortsighted.

The result is a landscape in which the righteous, the principled, and the publicly accountable law enforcement officers who do speak out and act are outnumbered — not because good people are rare, but because the structural conditions that enable institutional corruption are, by design, extraordinarily difficult to dismantle from within.

Righteous and helpless citizens — victims of organized criminal conduct perpetrated by organs of the state — live in fear of those who wield power, command resources, and carry weapons, all while concealing themselves behind titles of public service. These criminal actors and criminal networks, embedded within institutions including law enforcement agencies and the judiciary, operate with a degree of impunity that is only possible because of the authority their positions afford them.

Among the things they fear most is this: that the public comes to know the truth of what they have done.

No so-called government in New Zealand, Japan, or Germany has ever had the courage to permit victims such as ourselves to confront them in open public debate. The implications of that fact speak for themselves. In New Zealand, law enforcement officers have gone so far as to unlawfully detain victims of crime — for no purpose other than to prevent those victims from appearing in court on time. That is not a failure of the system. That is the system being used, deliberately and with full awareness, as a weapon against the very people it exists to protect. The social environment in New Zealand today resembles nothing so much as a descent into darkness. The talented, the capable, and those with the most to contribute to society — the very people any nation depends upon to generate value, drive progress, and sustain a functioning civic life — are leaving in significant numbers. And they are not coming back.

This is precisely where cyberspace becomes an instrument of consequence. Its most fundamental function is the dissemination of truth — the capacity to reach the public directly, without mediation, without censorship, and without the permission of those who would prefer the truth remain buried. Its secondary function is equally important: to enable the public and the legitimate guardians of the law — including those of us who have taken it upon ourselves to serve in that capacity — to hold criminal actors accountable, to expose their conduct, and to pursue enforcement where institutional channels have been corrupted, captured, or closed.

The internet does not belong to governments. It belongs to the people. And truth, once released into it, cannot be recalled.

Consider, for example, the Central Intelligence Agency(CIA), the National Security Agency(NSA), and the United States military. Many of their missions and operations — perhaps not all, but a significant number — are not driven by the political agendas or conspiratorial motives that so many assume. They are driven by something far more fundamental: the upholding of law, the defense of justice, and the protection of citizens. That distinction matters. And it is one that far too few people take the time to make.

If institutions as powerful and resourceful as these regularly find themselves confronting criminal organizations and state-sponsored terror networks operating under the cover of governmental authority — then consider what that means for ordinary citizens. For the helpless. For those of us who are nothing more than private individuals, without badge or budget or mandate, who have become victims of precisely the kind of state and government-sanctioned criminality that even the most capable agencies in the world struggle to dismantle.

If it is difficult for them, imagine what it is for helpless state crime victims.

The irony is profound. Ministers of Justice in countries such as Japan and New Zealand have been known to publicly and deliberately “invite” ordinary citizens(such as the Alien Puppies) to explain to them what JUSTICE means. The performance is almost contemptible in its transparency. They know precisely what the law requires. They know precisely what justice demands. They did not arrive in their positions through ignorance. But confronted with the criminal apparatus they serve — the system that sustains them and that they in turn sustain — they have made their choice. They conceal. They invert. They call black white and white black, and they do so with the full confidence of those who believe they will never be held to account.

Part of that confidence rests on a calculation: that the helpless public, the victims of the very crimes being covered up, lack the power, the resources, and the organized capacity to remove(or erase) them from their positions. And in the conventional sense, that calculation is often correct.

But there is another form of accountability — one that operates closer to home, within the organization itself, administered not by the public but by other so-called servants of the people who have concluded that a colleague has become a liability. Former Prime Minister Abe of Japan departed YOUR world by precisely that mechanism. Those who occupy positions of institutional power while serving criminal interests would do well to remember that the danger to them does not come only from outside.

The long-term consequences of this dynamic — for the public, for civil society, and for the nation as a whole — are catastrophic in ways that compound quietly over time, until the damage becomes impossible to ignore and very nearly impossible to reverse.

Having read the above, we trust that most readers will not dispute our claim: our team — in both the physical world and cyberspace — exists to serve the public and uphold the law. But if you still have questions about justice, evil, or the law, write to us. We welcome every question. We also invite more people of conscience to join us. Whatever your skills, whatever your background — there is a place for you here. Come work with us, and contribute to the future of YOUR world and of humanity itself.
